We conduct quality home and four point inspections. Due to the fact that we pride ourselves on the 3 P’s we provide onsite (hard copy), or same day (via E- mail) reports. Our home inspections tend to take approximately two to three hours, but may vary depending upon the square footage, number of detached structures, age and condition of home.

A Quality Service of Tampa Bay Inc. pride ourselves on the 3 P’s: “Personal, Professional, and Prompt service.” We understand that purchasing a home is one of the largest investments you will ever make. Choosing an inspector is one of the most important aspects of purchasing a home; therefore, one should also consider certifications, affiliations, and professionalism, as well as price.

Our inspectors are members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and are also International Code Compliance Certified (ICC). Due to the importance of the quality home inspection, A Quality Service of Tampa Bay Inc.  implement the 3 P’s because

Q: What is a Home Inspection?
A: A home inspection is an objective and non-invasive examination of the major components of the home. Components including, but not limited to: grounds, roofing, exterior, electrical, plumbing, interior, and heating/cooling system.

Q: How Much Do You Charge?
A: The cost of a home inspection depends upon a number of variables, such as square footage, detached structures, pools, age, and condition. Our competitive pricing, along with our attention to detail, makes A Quality Service of Tampa Bay Inc. a smart choice.

Q: Must I Be Present During the Inspection?
A: During the inspection process the homeowner is not required to be present, but it is highly recommended. The homeowner is welcome to accompany the inspector to visually explain the pros and cons of the report. This process will also increase understanding of the report’s findings.
